Brett D. Fulk is the President & Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Riverview Financial Corporation and Riverview Bank. A financial services veteran with over 29 years of experience in the banking industries, Mr. Fulk has been in leadership roles with Community and Regional Banks ranging from $250 million to $14 billion in assets. Mr. Fulk is a graduate of The Shippensburg University of PA with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Finance and Accounting. He also is a graduate of the Bucknell School of Commercial Banking. Mr. Fulk participates in several organizations that focus on the banking industry, financial technology, economic and market trends, such as PA Bankers Association, Pennsylvania Association of Community Bankers, ICBA, ABA and Bank Directors. In addition, he is has been very active in the communities he has served, listing multiple board memberships and involvement in several capital campaigns for community focused organizations over the course of his career.
Scott A. Seasock is the Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Riverview Financial Corporation and Riverview Bank. He comes to Riverview from Peoples Financial Services Corp., where he served as its Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, from January 2010 to April 2016. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Comm Bancorp. Inc. from 1989-2010. Mr. Seasock is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, and holds an MBA from the University of Scranton.
Ginger Kunkel is the Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer at Riverview Financial Corporation and Riverview Bank. During her 30-year banking career, Ms. Kunkel has held management roles in banks ranging from $1 Billion to over $18 Billion in assets. Prior to joining Riverview, the majority of her career was devoted to C&I Commercial Lending throughout several counties in Pennsylvania. Ms. Kunkel has extensive experience in merger integration and de novo branching. She joined Riverview Bank in 2014 and in her role currently oversees Commercial Lending, Retail Banking, Treasury Services, Trust, Wealth Management, IT and Deposit Operations. Ms. Kunkel is a graduate of the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking and the Wharton Leadership Program, the PA Banker’s Association Advanced School of Banking and Advanced School of Commercial Lending and has served on the boards of various community organizations.
Richard W. Ogden is Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of Riverview Financial Corporation and Riverview Bank. He comes to Riverview from CBT Bank, where he served 36 years most recently as its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Ogden received his B.S. degree in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University. He is a graduate of the Bank Administration Institute School for Bank Administration at the University of Wisconsin and the American Bankers Association Graduate School of Bank Investments and Financial Management at the University of South Carolina.
